Payment Requests

An early version asked merchants for an amount on every request and Pix transactions fell about 15%. Four variants later, the optional-amount redesign turned that loss into a 4.8% lift.

Shipped Copilot for Viva Engage after designing 0 to 1: its north-star vision, interaction patterns, and platform-specific design system. Designed the adjoining community agent and agentic management.
